해외 건축 공모전-archoutloud warming competition [FARMER'S KIT]

 

 

​Floods are one of the most significant natural disasters in the agricultural industry, accounting for 43% of documented disasters. Currently, flood-induced reduction of the food supply is between 5% and 8%. Farmer's Kit addresses how citizens might adapt to rising temperatures and sea levels when climate change has left much of the city underwater in 2080. 

기록된 재해의 43%를 차지하는 홍수는 농업 산업에서 가장 심각한 자연 재해 중 하나입니다. 현재 홍수로 인한 식량 공급 감소는 5%에서 8% 사이입니다. Farmer's Kit는 2080년 기후 변화로 인해 도시의 많은 부분이 물에 잠겼을 때 시민들이 온도 상승과 해수면에 적응할 수 있는 방법을 다룹니다.

 

As the submerged lands have dire consequences that make traditional agriculture unfeasible, Farmer's Kit proposes an alternative solution to food security. Made from standardized components that can be modified and plugged into the urban landscape, vertical farming allows citizens to grow their own crops outside their unit. A network of boats, suspended bridges, and cable lines allow neighbors to trade goods and replaces the traditional marketplace typology.

​침수된 땅은 전통적인 농업을 불가능하게 만드는 끔찍한 결과를 초래하므로 Farmer's Kit는 식량 안보에 대한 대안 솔루션을 제안합니다. 도시 경관에 수정하고 연결할 수 있는 표준화된 구성 요소로 만들어진 수직 농업을 통해 시민들은 자신의 단위 밖에서 자신의 작물을 재배할 수 있습니다. 보트, 현수교 및 케이블 라인의 네트워크를 통해 이웃 사람들은 상품을 거래하고 전통적인 시장 유형을 대체할 수 있습니다.

 

Six kits were designed to meet the basic needs of food and water. This consists of rainwater collection, vegetable, fish, and chicken farming. It feeds the community by extending one's home and building a self-sustaining food system. Farmer's Kit allows viewers to speculate an imminent future where global citizens are forced to adapt.

6개의 키트는 음식과 물의 기본 요구 사항을 충족하도록 설계되었습니다. 빗물수집, 채소, 어류, 양계 등으로 구성되어 있습니다. 그것은 자신의 집을 확장하고 자급 자족하는 식품 시스템을 구축하여 지역 사회를 먹입니다. Farmer's Kit를 통해 시청자들은 세계 시민이 적응해야 하는 임박한 미래를 추측할 수 있습니다.

 

 

지구온난화에 관한 공모전에서 honorable mention에 나온 작품이다. 홍수가 일어날 시 그에 대비할 수 있는 수직농장키트를 구현하였다.

도심에서도 컨테이너를 통해 농작물을 재배하는 곳이 늘어나고 있는데 한발짝 더 나아가면 이런 시스템이 미래에 나올지도 모르겠다.
